Gill Girls

Ruby and Chelsea from "Teenage Kraken". I don't know what their whole dynamic is gonna be like in canon, but I'd like it to be like this:

Chelsea: Popular girl with good intentions, but comes off as giving back-handed compliments (a few of them might actually be). She'd wanna improve Ruby's social status (out of heartbroken pity at first), but she'd get drawn in deeper by Ruby's kindness and sincerity and grow to care about her.

Ruby: Socially awkward new kid approached by the popular girl, whom she wants to avoid at first to avoid the intensity of her personality. She reluctantly lets Chelsea "improve" her, but sees some nuances and amiability in her. She would kinda learn some street smarts from Chelsea to improve social skills.

Side note: If they fell for each other, I think Chelsea would fall first and Ruby would be more reluctant at first.
