Harlie Carruna

Harlie is a mob daughter to Darrol Marloss (formerly Darrol Carruna) and Cherryl Marloss. She was spoiled by her parents, so she's greedy, but her dad wanted some kindness to it (like Greed from Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood). As a result, she wants so much but makes sure to value what she has.

Unfortunately, Cherryl was ruthless to her enemies and soon, saw her husband as one. She was raised by a misogynist father who looked down on her right up to his death. She was forced to marry Darrol, who tried to treat her better. Sadly, he wanted to protect her and Harlie, which Cherryl perceived as "just another man holding us back from being powerful". He was only doing it to keep them alive, not understanding why she resented him.

She never talked to Darrol about why she was angry, refusing to show what vulnerability to another man, least of all the one she was forced to marry. He didn't understand how she perceived him, and it led to her abandoning him to die in a shootout and take Harlie, who never forgave him.

Cherryl took over with force, determined not to be underestimated for her gender again, wanting Harlie to be just as ruthless. Unfortunately for Cherryl, Harlie became ruthless against her mother as well. Harlie planned the ultimate take-down tactic: gather all your enemies in one spot to wipe them out all at once! Harlie knew she would have more obstacles than her mother to get rid of and leave the mob life forever, striking fear into any who would try to drag her back into it.

Harlie avenged her father, and severed all of her ties with the mobster life she was eager to rid herself of. Now she could do things her way. Doing things the war-way just destroys the things she would want. To preserve her desires, she does things a way her father could be proud of: the love way! She used the business tactics she had to learn to make money in a more peaceful manner: starting up an intellectual salon for all ideas from all across the Ring of Greed (no mob-related sketchiness tolerated).

Harlie legally changes to her father's maiden name and names her business, "Salon Carruna", and aims to make it the most wholesome business in all of Hell...as wholesome as a Hell business can be. But hey, if the Sin of Lust is pro consent and the Sin of Gluttony encourages healthy indulgences, anything is possible!
