Paradise

This a bird of paradise who rules over utopia's that she helps creates (and these utopia's have no catch). She is Lady Frederica, which means "peaceful ruler" but she also answers to 'Rica' and 'Lady Rica'. What is peaceful about her lands are that they are free of wars. There are conflicts, but none so serious that they can't be solved peacefully.
