Dawn x Cynthia as witches in The Owl House, because...I feel like it.
Cynthia Shironè:
Senior student at St. Epiderm's, known as "The Beast Queen". She loves animals (hence Beast Keeping)and makes sure they're well-fed (with pet food and drinks she learned to make in the Potions track). She's also the fiercest model of her best friend, Diantha. Her palismen is Gible the Shark, which symbolizes power/protection/efficiency/authority/superiority. Fitting for the baddest b*tch in St. Epiderm. Cross her, and she'll sic her beasts on you.
She has an admirer from Hexside who frequents the same shopping district as her. Cynthia goes there for cheaper prices, especially clothes, even though Diantha's a bit of a fashion snob. Though Diantha does take it as a fun challenge to make fashionable looks out of Cynthia's "cheap" fashion sense. Cynthia's a little bit more down-to-earth than her spoiled-rich-kid peers. Since Diantha's the least snobby of them all, she's the only one Cynthia liked enough to see as a genuine friend. Especially since Diantha supports Cynthia's interest in her admirer, who is...
Dawn Elwind:
Freshman student at Hexside who aspires to be a performer like her mother, hence why she's in the Illusion track. She's normally confident, but if she messes up a move, she feels ashamed of herself out of her fear of embarrassing her mother and shaming her legacy. She usually doesn't fuss over shortcomings in other areas, but she's hard-pressed to accept any shortcomings in performing. Her palismen is Piplup the Penguin, symbolizing devotion/elegance/sociability, fitting her aspirations and large friend group.
Her fashion is inspired by a diva named Diantha from St. Epiderm, whom she follows on Penstagram, where she sees and falls for Diantha's best model/best friend, Cynthia Shironè...much to the chagrin of Dawn's secret admirer, Zoey, who doesn't like people who assume they can succeed without trying hard. Zoey definitely assumes that rich people (like Cynthia) wouldn't try hard to succeed and, instead, would just buy their way to success. But when she actually gets to know Cynthia and sees how driven, fierce, elegant and down-to-earth Cynthia is, Zoey reluctantly accepts that Dawn fell for Cynthia for a reason, and doesn't interfere with their budding relationship.
