The Inked Ghost

Lydia from "Danny Phantom". She seems like the most mild-mannered and most silent ghost in the show that Danny's ever fought. I like the idea of her being a quiet and friendly ghost (partially to show that the number of a person's tattoos is not tied to their level of kindness.)
