Star Dye & Moon Dye

Loona and Octavia after a dare to dye their hair. Loona wouldn't do anything to flashy or gaudy, so she just added a slight tint of blue in her white hair.

Side note: Their initials are made using stars for the 'L' and crescent moons for the 'O'.
