Saw fanart of Falin as Alcina, so I thought, "Who could Marcille be?"
The answer: Maleficent!

Side note: Falin thinks Marcille is cute, but Marcille's trying to be scary.

Side-side note: Marcille's staff has a jewel like Maleficent's, while Falin's is being used as a pipe.
