Nejire x Yuyu child, Hanabi!

Quirk (Taser Rings): She can make rings (like Nejire) that can electrocute (like Yuyu).

Their bandages are because of fights they get into, but are passed off as "injuries from Quirk training". She doesn't want to be a hero because of how heroes are restricted by the law, but are told that vigilantes are even more restricted, so Hanabi might as well be a hero.

Nejire would be the more lax mother while Yuyu would be more protective of their "sweet little spark".
